If you are experiencing any of the symptoms or have been exposed to anyone testing postive, please do not come to the office.  Call to cancel or switch to a Telehealth visit

Wash or sanitize hands upon entering

Maintain physical distancing (6 feet)

Furniture has been rearranged to create distance

Items removed from waiting area

Cleaning of high touch surfaces after each visit
