It is our goal to provide therapeutic services to individuals, families and groups of all ages and arrangements, for a broad range of concerns and problems, in an ethical, respectful and collaborative manner.
Therapy can help an individual gain greater insight, learn new skills for responding to life's events and managing mental health, increase understanding and assist in creating the life and relationships you want. Therapists do not make decisions for their clients; rather they ask questions, offer information and observations, and provide activities. The therapy process may involve some stress, life changes, and a range of feelings.
“It’s only after you’ve stepped outside your comfort zone that you begin to change, grow, and transform.”
― Roy T. Bennett
